1.Glue Melter: The JR805 hot melt tank is a high-performance, high-volume applicator. The JR805 has a 5 kg melter capacity. Built with a durable Teflon line tank. The JR805 keeps the heat at the bottom of the melter while maintaining cooler temperatures above which helps minimize char and hot melt degradation.
2. Glue Hose: The JR805 can connect 1~2 glue hose, the length of glue hose can be customized according to your requirement.
3. Glue Gun: This unit dispenses hot melt in bead/stripe/mist form and can connect 1~2 hand guns or automatic glue applicator ( such as: fiber gun, slot die gun, air open/close module, bead glue applicator,etc.).
